The Lydia Pin

Speaking of awesome people doing awesome things...

My dear friend Megan, when she heard about Liz doing the triathlon, decided she wanted to use her talents to do something to help raise money for Lydia's fund at CHS too. Link over to her blog and read about her new project - The Lydia Pin.

Thanks, Megan. Love you, friend.

  1. Jen, thank you for posting on my blog, and for your prayers regarding Micah! Between reading your blog, and from what Megan tells me, I feel like I already know you, even though we have never met. I have read your story from the very beginning, but have never known what to say. I can't imagine the pain you have gone through. Just know that you have been, and will continue to be in my prayers, and that you and sweet Lydia have been such a blessing to me. Your journey has inspired me to deeper faith and hope, and I thank you for sharing that with me and the world!!!!

  2. Jen,
My name is Nellie Phillips. I am Randy Phillip's wife. Randy and your sister-in-law, Liz, are good friends. Through Liz I been blessed by knowing Lydia. I have never written before, but feel compelled to now. Your posts; your thoughts, have opened my eyes even wider to the Lord. Even through your anger and fear God's love pours out of your words and into my heart. Thank you for sharing your life with me. I think of your beautiful daughter often. How wonderful that she was blessed to have such wonderful parents. Your love for your daughter brings me to tears. My heart breaks for the loss on earth of Lydia, but I know that her spirit will be on earth in the hearts of me, and ever person her sweet life touched here on earth. I know this because I have never met you, your husband, or deal Lydia and I love you all.
I thank you for the blessing your faith as been in my life. Your testimonial strengthens my heart in the Lord. I will continue to pray for you and your family.
    Thank you,
    Nellie
